ESIA for the first 60 MW wind farm in Akkar
SES was awarded the development of an ESIA study for the proposed 60 MW Lebanon Wind Power Project in Akkar, North Lebanon.
The project includes the installation of 23 turbines on a mountain ridge in Akkar along with associated road widening and power transmission requirements. The ESIA will be developed based on national guidelines and on World Bank IFC and UNDP/CEDRO guidelines.
